Dear Clear WiMax in Texas,

It is with the most humble and sincerest of attitudes that I respectfully request for you put resources and effort into improving my personal connection. I connect to Tower “Abilene 18″ just outside of Clyde, Texas which has recently been upgraded to WiMax service (as of August 2009). I have been a regular paying (albeit a very vocal) customer for almost 4 years now.

I was there to bear witness to the greatest advancement in rural America high-speed technology. I enjoyed several months of high-speed connectivity and reliability when Clearwire first launched its tower on Cherry Hill in Clyde Texas. I can honestly attest to the potential of the Clearwire concept, making rural areas of the United States able to enjoy the many features and offerings of the world wide web in this day an age.

I sit here on the verge of the year 2010 thinking about the recent year that has gone past and I can’t help but to be uncommonly depressed about everything. As a freelancer in an economic downward spiral I work twice as hard for the same amount of money as most people holding barely above minimum wage jobs. I do my very best to provide for both my wife and my daughter who is approaching 3 years old come this new year. I pay twice as much for lesser internet service than the average person since Clear’s unreliable connection has forced me to purchase an alternate access to the internet merely to accomplish my business and schooling obligations.

Logged into the Admin panel of the ClearwireBlows.com website I take the time to write this post as I enjoy my 5th Budweiser (all hail the glorious hops) wondering if anyone in a position to actually do something about my service truly gives a shit about my situation. It is not out of desperation that I take the time to write up this post, It is out of hope that Clear will improve the severely declined quality of service they are charging me, that I compose this message.

In closing I hope to say that everyone whether bound to Clear or Clearwire or not have a more prosperous and pleasant year come 2010. To Clear WiMax in Clyde Texas I say… please consider those of us who truly do rely on your service commitment, and do something to improve it.
