First and foremost let me apologize for falling behind in updating the Clearwire and Clear WiMax reviews… I got busy with school and work and kept putting it off. I have at least 10 emails submitted that I have not been able to post yet and I apologize.
Nothing has changed however, the Clear service still sucks immensely even after I spent 4 hours on the phone with different reps about the tower in my area and the saturation and connectivity issues. The rep I spent the most time with was really nice and really concerned about my consistent poor connectivity and speeds. He even went to forward an email of mine to the manager of this entire area. Unfortunately that was almost a month ago and I have yet to hear anything back.
I have started adding updates for some of the submissions that have been coming in. I’ve also gone through a few of the comments that come through here regularly. I appreciate your feedback and I look forward to continue spreading the word in the hopes that Clear will improve their service significantly or… fall under the weight of their poorly constructed enterprise.
