Clearwire suck ass. I’ve been on 0.08mbps for about a week. No, that is not a typo. Not even a 10th of a meg. I was told one thing by the sales person in terms of a price. All of a sudden, no one ever heard of the price. The sales person refuses to return my calls.
The speed is killing me. They keep saying their working on it or can’t find a problem, or it take forever for somebody to call you back. Funny how there is never a problem with them billing my card though.
I hate this service, it sucks, I would never recommend or refer them to anyone. I’m at the point where I’m asking about just being billed the $200 to get out of the contract, even though its not fair when the service never works.
I woke up on the last day of winter break wanting to hit up some Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on XBox 360. Sure enough. I was able to hop on and play one to two games until boom. It became so slow I couldn’t even do something on my laptop which is only about 3 months old also. I was shocked to notice that I had 4-5 bars. FOUR I repeat FOUR to FIVE bars. I did a speedtest and it wasn’t even working haha. I go oh wow boy will they get it one of these days. I mean being a gamer and someone who downloads everyday its quite depressing to always get the bullshit that I am given from Clearwire and the satisfaction of knowing that they will FAIL one of these days and the world will be happier.
I THANK GOD that my contract will be expiring this month. Everyone else that still have their contracts hang tough and hang in there. I did and you can to. I defeintly feel your guys pain.
