Market: Las Vegas, Nevada Clearwire built sites without zoning or BP's. They directed all their staff to be very discreet in this process. Clearwire built un-permitted sites in the City of Henderson and the City of Las Vegas. But the crazy part about all this, is that Clearwire located on Nevada Energy Poles without said permits. Clearwire told all their "partners" and contractors to hush and don't say a word! This was all done to launch in time for the August deadline. The City of Henderson has already contact Clearwire to de-construct their so called "temp site" location in Henderson. What would Clearwire do if the local newspapers found out?
